Not Breaking Scientific Laws!
It is important to understand that we are not claiming that this device breaks the 2nd law of thermodynamics. Meaning ...the law -would lead you to believe that it will certainly take more power to produce this hydrogen than can be regained by burning it in the engine. i.e. the resulting energy balance should be negative. Now, if the aim is to create hydrogen by electrolysis to then be burned as the ONLY fuel source, then the concept is ridiculous. However, our hydrogen MPG booster shortens the burn time of the main fuel-air mixture, putting more pressure on the piston through a longer effective power stroke, and in doing so takes more work out, so this system does make scientific sense and does not break the laws of thermodynamics. So, in essence, the hydrogen is more like a combustion stimulant than an actual fuel.
How Does It Work?
Hydrogen burns more rapidly than hydrocarbon fuels because it is smaller and enters combustion reactions at higher velocity, has lower activation energy, and incurs more molecular collisions than heavier molecules. These characteristics make it possible to use mixtures of hydrogen with conventional hydrocarbon fuels such as gasoline, diesel and propane to reduce emissions of unburned hydrocarbons. Transition from fossil fuels to renewable hydrogen by use of mixtures of hydrogen in small quantities with conventional fuels offers significant reductions in exhaust emissions. Using hydrogen as a combustion stimulant makes it possible for other fuels to meet future requirements for lower exhaust emissions in California and an increasing number of additional States.
Mixing hydrogen with hydrocarbon fuels provides combustion stimulation by increasing the rate of molecular-cracking processes in which large hydrocarbons are broken into smaller fragments. Expediting production of smaller molecular fragments is beneficial in increasing the surface-to-volume ratio and consequent exposure to oxygen for completion of the combustion process. Relatively small amount of hydrogen can dramatically increase horsepower and reduce emissions of atmospheric pollutants.
You simply fill the system up with distilled water and the Electrolyte, and the Hydrogen system separates the Hydrogen from the Water. It then takes the Hydrogen and delivers it to your fuel injectors along with the gasoline. Hydrogen burns with the Gasoline inside the engine therefore creates a more efficient use of the gasoline. The combustion creates a more efficient way to power the vehicles engine. Since Hydrogen burns hotter then gasoline, the mixture between the two will require less gasoline to power the actual engine.
Hydrogen does not damage or ruin your engine in any way since the combustion is controlled by the vehicle’s ECU. The ECU will simply not let anything happen with your engine that would damage it in anyway. The Supplemental Hydrogen Fuel Injection System will convert your car into a Hybrid which will run on Gasoline and Water! Our Supplemental Hydrogen Fuel Injection Systems are not universal, we have designed and tested each system for every specific car model. Our system come s with 2 ECU Circuit boards that will reconfigure the ECU and the Oxygen sensor for your car. It is a Bare bones PC boarded EFIE circuit (Electronic Fuel Injection Enhancement) (Size is 1” x 2 ½”). The board is complete and ready to install with all the wiring for 12 volts dc input and the oxygen sensor signal input and output that goes back to the vehicles computer. There is a switch to put the unit IN operation and OUT of operation. It has an on board red and green LED that shows when IN or OUT of operation. The Oxy Comp-1 comes calibrated and ready to install. All components are of military specs. Has on board voltage regulation so that the offset voltage that you set is extremely stable and will not drift. Also has an on board relay that the oxygen sensors signal is switched threw.
