Eclipse Solar Gear products are fully warranted to the original registered owner against defect in materials and workmanship. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect and/or material defect, we shall repair or replace the product at our discretion. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper care, alteration, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Repairs not covered will be performed for a reasonable charge. The solar modules are warranted for a period of three years to perform at 80% of the specification. Portable Powerpacks are warranted for a period of one year to perform at 80% of the specification under normal operating conditions. In no event will Eclipse Solar Gear be liable for incidental or consequential damages, nor liable for the loss of personal contents placed in the products.

Refunds equal the original cost of the product less any discounts not including shipping and handling fees. A processing fee will be charged for any refunds after 30 days. No refunds after 180 days.
