Mowing the grass does not have to be a noisy, greasy dangerous experience, in fact, it can be quite pleasant and eco friendly. Instead of using gas powered mowers, trimmers and weed eaters, do things the old fashion way and do them by hand. If thats not your cup of tea, then invest in some good electric lawn equipment as the emissions from electricity are not as bad as the emissions from a lawn mower. Lawn mowers and other small machinery do not have catalytic converters and they contribute 93 times more smog-forming emissions than cars. So, get a nice push mower, turn on some music and have a quiet, pleasant time mowing the grass.
