Be Conscious Of Packaging

Whether you are grocery shopping or shopping for a home theater system, be conscious of the packaging of your items. Now and days there are quite a few companies that package their products in environmentally friendly ways. From biodegradable foam packing peanuts and old newspaper to recycled cardboard boxes and aluminum cans, just be aware of the packaging and DO let it affect your buying habits. If you let it affect your buying habits, then the companies will be forced to meet your needs or loose out on sales, and we all know that is not what corporations are all about. And try to make a point NOT to buy items packaged in plastic, unless you have to.
