Hello! I’m Joanne, and I’m a recent addition to the US. I’m British, and find this way of life to be even more contrary to what feels right to me. I’m from a tiny town in Wales, UK, where we eat locally grown foods and huge amounts of fair trade, and walk or cycle everywhere we go.
I don’t drive, never have. Public transport is all I do, and that is so hard here. Looking forward to reading other solutions to the carbon problem on this board.
