I am glad that Bush is looking into reducing the co2 levels. America really needs to work hard to join in the effort to help clean up pollution.

oh come on this is a cop-out.
Basically the UN was trying to get the US, China and India (the top polluting countries) to agree to a specific reduction goal.

The response by Bush was for everyone to set their own goals. That basically means that nothing will change.

Dont think for a second that any pollitician really cares about the environment. Its all about money and which Lobbyists pay the most.
